"For thirteen years they worked with their bare hands in the fire. Everything they had, they lost little by little due to debts that kept growing. First all their possessions. Then their health. Then their newborn child. "I stopped dreaming," he said softly. Until a few months ago, the dreams slowly returned. Dreams of freedom. Last week we sat at the landowner's table. I prayed quietly, "Lord, if this is the time ... give us grace." Believing that God is doing something new!

Amina, a 23-year-old woman from the Marwari tribe, has been sharing the gospel for a year with villages where no one had ever heard of Jesus. In one of those villages, she gave a children's Bible to Sahabzada, the only person in the village who can read. That night he began reading about "Prahb-Puh" for the first time ... and his whole family listened breathlessly. Since then, more than 100 people have come to faith.

"Amina, 21, is fulfilling a role as Esther did for her people. In a country where few have access to education, God has miraculously opened an impossible door for her. She uses this privilege to volunteer to teach unreached people groups, who are outcast by society, to provide a better future. But above all, she shares the love of God, because she realizes how valuable everyone is in His eyes."

Many Christians view the persecuted church as a needy, impoverished third-world community, lacking the resources to fulfill its mission. We often think they are in desperate need of our help, but in reality, we are the ones who need them. The suffering church’s vibrant, sacrificial, uncompromising faith challenges us to live undistorted lives for Him, reminding us of the true price of following in Christ’s footsteps.
